Sister Act

Sister Act is described as ‘A Divine New Musical’. It is a comedy based on the original hit movie.

The main character, Deloris Van Cartier witnesses a murder and is hidden in a place the police are confident she will not be found. Disguised as a nun and living in a convent, she finds the strict lifestyle that the Mother Superior imposes hard to deal with and very boring.

As she is into music and disco dancing, she starts by inhaling a bit more life into the choir. However, in doing so, Deloris is discovered. She immediately becomes the target of a great manhunt but the gang find itself up against the whole Sister Hood.
